Returns and Refunds

All our items are covered by the possibility of returning and/or exchanging within the terms established by the law on distance selling.

Regardless of the shipping method indicated, the time limit for requesting a return and/or exchange of the product is 14 working days from delivery.

All PROMO items in which there is explicit wording on the product data sheet are excluded from this protection

"end of series or stock item", for these the guarantee for returns and/or exchanges is 7 working days.

Once your request has been taken care of, you will be contacted to proceed with the return and/or exchange of the product:

· At our sales points, by presenting yourself with the online order confirmation in paper form or on a mobile device (mobile phone, smartphone, tablet) and the item compliant with the conditions of sale as well as intact packaging;

The return and/or exchange shipment remains the responsibility of the customer both in the case of a charge during the order phase and for free shipping, with the exception of orders that do not conform to his request (error in size sent, color variant, etc.).

Once the package has been received in our warehouses and the conditions of the item have been verified (intact packaging, no defects, no tampering), the administration will proceed in the event of:

· Exchange, to insert a new order, deduct the amount paid in the previous one, request payment of any differences and confirm the new shipment;

 

· Returns, refund the entire amount paid less the return management costs (stock, abandonment, return shipping, etc.);
